This book is so much more than a recipe book. It provides useful information on storage and preparation of ingrediants making it almost a reference book, it includes anecdotes and stories making it entertaining and not forgetting most importantly excellent recipes from almost everywhere that you could think of.
It doesn’t have any photos but this is completely made up for by Jaffery’s wonderful easy to follow explanations. Every dish we have made has been an absolute winner!
And to further confirm our view that this is a great food bible we can tell you also that there are dishes in here for every occasion from family banquets to simple snacks. A book we are sure you will treasure.
